Question :

How does the chemically induced exhaustion fuel, from necessitive transportation, such as cars affect our atmosphere and living organisms ?

Hypothesis :

We believe, if the plant, notecards, and cotton balls are exposed to a great amount of car exhaustion fuel, they will declinate and exemplify the filth being exposed to us within our air.

Materials

- Three of the Same Type Plants (Living Organism

- Cotton Balls (Atmosphere)

- Stopwatch

- Notecards

Current studies suggest that by the year 2100, the levels of CO2 will have a drastic effect on plant physiology and growth. According to studies, plants, under elevated CO2, demonstrate a higher level of photosynthesis, increased growth, decreased water growth and lowered tissue concentrations of both nitrogen and protein. Understanding the science of air pollution makes you more aware, emissions, chemistry, transport, and deposition are four key contributors towards air pollution. Different types of air pollutants such as primary and secondary explain the different ways this waste gets into the air.

There are several ways to spot pollution in plants to see if they are being affected by the air. If the plant is having a stunt in growth, color change, reddining, bronzing, or mottling. THe smoke from cars greatly affect all plants ranging from food crops to trees.

The pollution within the atmosphere affects our health, public officials discovered that the Great Smog was an event that caused a majority of the respiratory problems in London. From necessitive transportation we have implemented a multitude of problems within our atmosphere. Problems expand from respiration issues to global warming. The emission fuel of a vehicle holds a multitude of chemicals such as Carbon Monoxide, Ozone (Smog), Sulfur Dioxide, Nitrogen Dioxide, Lead, Particulate Matter, and many Toxic Air Pollutants. We can identify actions that can reduce the risk of total extermination of healthy air or identify the hazardous substances being exposed to us throughout our daily lives. After all, it is beneficial to be informed on everything you encounter on a daily basis.

Essentially we used this resources to brainstorm our project. We configured a Project based on a project focusing on the Emission Fuel of a Vehicle and Global Warming. Although we configured the experiment to best it our topic, which as Air Pollution we quickly came to a conclusion. We will build a connotation that will connect to a muffler and metal cubicle. Inside the cubie we will place cotton balls which will exemplify the atmosphere, plants implemented a living organism, and finally a notecard with petroleum jelly to capture any particles. We will continue to note differences in diameter, color, ext. While with our note card we will look under a microscope to identify different sized particles. All in all, we can greatly use this data to identify the effect hazardous chemicals has on our daily life, and also understand on average about how many particle we encounter each day. Concluding our presentation we will explain preliminary action we can take to decrease the amount of server chemicals induce in our air.
